The hotel surprised me with a room upgrade, which was a great touch, but it didn't match the initial description as it lacked a sofa and was smaller than expected. The service was incredible, despite a minor issue with training. The location outside Glasgow City Centre was convenient for my stay. The dining experience fell short with overcooked food, but the ice cream was a homemade delight.
